&nbsp; 七、项目公众参与调查分析 &nbsp; 本 项目 位于 XX 市 XX 区东怡花园六幢 02 商铺 。 参照 中华人民共和国环境影响评价法和广东省建设项目环保管理公众参与实施意见（粤环 200799 号）等有关规定，对其开展公众 参与调查，调查对象为与此项目紧密相关的附近居民等。本次公众参与调查， XX 市 XX 区 XX 汽配商行 向社会分发公众参与调查表 10 份，收回 10 份。这次公众参与调查情况如下： &nbsp;从公众参与调查反馈的情况来看，被访者的 100%比较了解本项目；被访者的 90%对本地区 住房条件现状 满意 ， 10%无所谓 ；被访者的 100%认为本地区存在的主要环境问题 是其它 ；被访者的 100%认为本项目的环保治理措施完善；被访者的 40%认为可以接受本项目对生活的影响， 60%对此无所谓；被访者的 100%认为本项目对本地区社会生活的发展有利；被访者的 90%认 为本项目对环境质量无影响 ,10%认为有轻微影响但能接受 ；被访者的 100%支持本项目选址建设。 &nbsp;综上所述，公众赞成建设该项目，只 有依照本登记表中提及的污染物治理方案实施，加强营运期管理，搞好噪 声 防治， 减轻噪 声 对周围居民的影响。 &nbsp;另附： XX 市 XX 区 XX 汽配商行汽车轮胎维修 建设项目 环境影响公众参与调查表（ 10 份）。 &nbsp; &nbsp; 八 、拟采取的防治污染措施（包括建设期、营运期） &nbsp;1、 本 项目 的生产噪声经过 轮胎店 的墙壁阻挡和距离衰减，到界处符合国家标准， 对周围环境影响轻微 。 &nbsp;2、 本项目 的固体废弃物排放量少，并且 大部分为可回收再利用；生活垃圾 环卫部门回收 外运，因此不会污染周围环境。 &nbsp;3、 本 项目 的废水以 清洗废水、 生活污水为主，水量较小， 经化粪池处理后 排入市政管 网， 纳入城市污水处理厂处理后排放 汇入漠 XX 市区河段 ，对附近纳水体影响较小。 &nbsp;为了减轻污染物的排放量及排放强度，减轻对周围环境造成的影响，建议采取和完善如下治理措施： &nbsp;1、为防止产生的清洗废水及生活污水影响周围环境 ， 建议对清洗废水实行统一收集，经三级化粪池处理后再排入市政下水管网。 &nbsp;2、要加强轮胎店机 械设备的检查、维护和保养，保持润滑，紧固各部件，对脱焊和松动的架 构件，要补焊加固，减少运行震动噪声。整体设备应安放稳固，并与地面保持良好接触，应使用减振机座，降低噪声。 &nbsp;3、固体废物 &nbsp;（ 1） 废 弃 轮胎 交相关 有资质的单位 回收 处置 ，严禁随意排放 。 &nbsp;（ 2）生活垃圾：统一收集后由环卫部门处理。 &nbsp;根据上述分析，项目完善上述污染治理设施，噪声、废水等污染源才不致对环境造成污染和不良影响 。 项目建设可行。 &nbsp;XX 市环境保护科学研究所 &nbsp;二一四年三月五日 &nbsp;
